A custom icon can be removed again by clicking it in the Info panel and pressing the Delete key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A custom directory icon is saved inside the directory itself as a hidden file named \u201cIcon\\r\u201d, where \u201c\\r\u201d stands for the carriage return character and is displayed in the Finder as a \u201c?\u201d character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong>: you can toggle the display of hidden files in the Finder with the keyboard shortcut&nbsp;<code>Command-Shift-.<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if custom icon files are hidden in the Finder, excluding hidden files in SyncTime will not exclude custom directory icons from a sync.
