The fast-paced, easy-to-learn card game.
Build a strong hand and get rid of your cards before your opponents do. Odin is the digital adaptation of the card game with the same name I created in collaboration with Helvetiq (all the artwork provided by them).
You can find the website of the physical game here.

For more details about the gameplay, please see the App Store page or the instruction manual on the publisher’s website. Below you find a showcase of the technical aspects of the digital adaptation.
Opponents
The game allows connecting up to 6 players: one of them are you, and the other players can be any combination of bots, local players (sharing your device) and remote players (on other devices). To connect to remote players, you may log in to GameCenter, or act as a host by selecting a port for incoming connections and sharing your network address with the other players.
When switching to a different player sharing your device, or even tapping any of the other player icons, the camera shows the game from their perspective.

Replay
During a game, at any time you can toggle the playback controls and navigate the whole timeline as if you were watching a video. After a game finishes, visit the Archive section to open the replay. The replay is created from the save file itself which contains the whole sequence of game actions. You can also export an archived game and share it with someone else who can then import it on their own device.
Keyboard shortcuts are available to navigate the timeline: press J for unwind, K or Spacebar for pause and play, L for rewind. Press J or L multiple times to double the speed, or press them while holding the Option key to halve the speed.
Statistics
For each player, the game tracks the number of moves and the time spent. If you like a challenge, try to win by minimizing either of those when compared to your opponents or your archived games.
