About

Nice to meet you! I’m Nick (an efficient nickname I get by squashing together my first and last name, Nicolas Kick), an independent app developer for Apple platforms. I live in Zurich, Switzerland.

I started developing apps as a hobby in 2012, during college. After my studies, I worked for a few years as a software developer, before deciding that I wanted to work full time on my hobbies: programming apps and being creative.

Every single app I create I also use myself. I design them all with a focus on ease-of-use, without sacrificing functionality.

What I particularly like about being independent and working in a small team (consisting of myself): I can assist you personally. If you have a question about one of my apps, you can rest assured that you’re talking to the only person who knows everything about it. If you found an issue or have a suggestion for a new feature, you don’t have to worry that your query will be lost between the customer support and the programming department.

And the best part for me is: I get direct feedback from you. Constructive criticism and praise give me the motivation to continue working and offering you tools that you find useful for your own daily work.
