About

Nice to meet you! I’m Nick (an efficient nickname I get by squashing together my first and last name, Nicolas Kick), an independent app developer for Apple platforms. I live in Zurich, Switzerland.

I started developing apps as a hobby in 2012, during college. After my studies, I worked for a few years as a software developer, before deciding that I wanted to work full time on my hobbies: programming apps and being creative.

Every single app I create I also use myself. I design them all with a focus on ease-of-use, without sacrificing functionality.

What I particularly like about being independent and working in a small team (consisting of myself): I can take care of you personally. If you have any question about an app, you can be assured that you’re talking to the only person who knows everything about it. If you found an issue or have a suggestion for a new feature, you don’t have to worry that your query will be lost between the customer support and the programming department.

And the best part for me is: I get direct feedback from you. Constructive criticism and praise give me the motivation to continue working and offering you tools that you find useful for your own daily work.
