Purchases

Purchases made through my website are handled by Paddle. After making a purchase, you get access to the purchased apps via a link sent to you by email. You get lifetime access to purchased apps. No activation code, license or internet connection is required to run the apps.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple. Apple stores the purchased apps on their own servers, handling downloads and subsequent updates.

Refund policy

For purchases made through my website, you can request a refund within 30 days since the date of purchase by writing to info@desairem.com.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, you can request a refund from Apple. Apple stores your payment details, processes the transaction and serves the app from their own servers. I don’t have access to your payment details nor to your email or contact information, so I cannot offer a refund.
