The color mode determines the color of each file.
- Hue wheel. The most visually pleasing mode, but also the most meaningless. Files are colored according to their position on the hue wheel, from red to pink, purple, blue, green yellow and orange.
- Creation/modification date. Recent files are colored red, while older files are orange, yellow, green, and blue. All files older than 10 years are blue.
