Did you buy on the Apple App Store?
When you buy an app on the App Store, you provide your payment details to Apple, which ultimately processes the transaction and offers the app stored on their servers. I don’t have access to your payment details nor to your email or contact information, so I cannot offer a refund. But Apple can.
Did you buy on my website?
You can contact me at info@desairem.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund. Alternatively, you can request a refund from Paddle, which processed the payment. Below the payment summary in the email with the receipt, there is a small link “Contact us on paddle.net”.
